Our Tours

All of our tours are private. Your party will consist of yourself and your company, and your tour guides. You can reserve your tour with us directly on this website.

All our tours include a nutritious catered lunch, snacks, supplements for use at your discretion, water and coffee.

Don’t speak English, that’s ok! Our guides use translator tools if needed.

Our hiking tours include the use of any of our gear or supplies you may require for our adventure. We supply backpacks, poles, weather gear, and have extras of everything in case you forget something like sunglasses, sunblock, a hat, or even a hair tie. Rain or shine we adventure, so dress appropriately for the weather. We supply rain gear if needed. We will communicate before our trip with recommendations and for any questions.

Our guides are happy to photograph you and your party on your request during our adventures to ensure your trip is as memorable as possible.

Dogs

Some of our tours are dog friendly. We have some basic rules for dog travellers that ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety on the tour. Should you decide to bring your dog on a tour, please ensure the following:

  • If your dog has a harness, please bring it along so that it can be tethered inside the vehicle for your dog’s and all other passengers safety. If your dog does not have a harness, let us know.

  • Your dog must be capable of travelling calmly the back of an SUV, and must not cause damage to our vehicles. Any damage caused by a canine companion will be your fiscal responsibility.

  • Your dog must be capable of hiking and must be in good enough physical shape for hiking.

  • Picking up after your dog’s waste is your responsibility and is mandatory.

  • Your dog must remain on a leash for the entire duration of our tour, off-leash dogs are not permitted on trails or in parks.

  • Your dog must be under control for the duration of the tour, and must not be allowed to provoke or antagonize wildlife.

  • If you book a tour that does not permit dogs, and show up with a dog you intend to bring on the tour, this will be considered a last minute cancellation and tour will be cancelled at your expense. Tours that do not allow dogs are non-negotiable.

Our staff will not tolerate any abuse, or behaviour that is harmful to the ecosystems we visit, our property, or to any other being, human or animal. We hope your adventure will be enjoyed in a way that is respectful and courteous to others.

Waivers including agreement to these standards of behaviour will be signed before we embark on our journey!

Booking a Tour

  • $150 deposit collected at time of booking

  • Once you have made a booking with us, you can expect a welcome email with all pertinent information and may include some forms.  This email will also include your invoice for the balance of your booking, which can be paid online.

  • Balance is due within 7 days of making your booking.

  • Balances for tours booked within 15 days of the tour require payment of balance within 24 hours.

  • Your booking will be automatically cancelled if not paid in full by the 7 days, or 24 hours.

  • Trips can be rescheduled with no penalty if we reschedule more than 30 days from the day of the originally scheduled tour.

  • Expect to fill out a liability waiver before we embark on our trip for the day.  This is standard practice for tour operators and a condition of the insurance we carry.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for any tours cancelled within 7 days of the tour

  • 50% refunds for tours cancelled within 8-15 days of the tour

  • 75% refunds for tours cancelled within 16-30 days of the tour

  • Full refund less 10% booking fee for tours cancelled 31 days or more prior to the booked tour

Unexpected circumstance:

  • Should changes or cancellation need to be made to your booking due to natural disasters including forest fires, we will provide a full refund, or rebooking with your approval.

  • Should any other emergency occur that prevents our ability to carry out a tour, a full refund will be provided or a rebooking will be offered with your approval.
